Crossroads Career Network at Grace Church exists to help unemployed and mis-employed people find practical (Effective Job Search Strategies) and spiritual help and resources to successfully find the position that God has designed for their career.  Grace Church subscribes to resources provided by Crossroads Career Network, a national organization that works through local churches throughout the United States.

Here’s what’s available to you at Grace Church:

Monthly Networking Meetings
First Thursday Morning of every month – 7:30 am to 9:30 am (All are welcome – FREE)
Grace Cafe Dining Room (Enter Door #4 and take first right)
Includes: A testimony from someone that’s been through a job search; topical presentation on job search skills (Networking, Interviews, Resumes, etc.); formal networking time with others to gain leads, contacts, and ideas.

8-Week Small Group Classes
Groups scheduled throughout the week. New groups available with times posted on our website at www.CCNatGrace.com. (All are welcome – FREE – Group sizes limited to 12 people per group) Includes: Weekly discussion of the Career Explorers Guide workbook curriculum covering the ‘6-steps’ for your job search  (Attitude, Aptitude, Altitude, Searching, Sorting, and Selecting); light accountability; mutual moral support; and spiritual encouragement.

One-on-One Coaching
Every Thursday from September through May; part of the Community Care Nights ministry at Grace Church (All are welcome – FREE).
Come and enjoy a FREE dinner beginning at 5:30 pm and praise and worship time from 6:30-7:00 pm. From 7:00 until 8:00 pm Crossroads will have people available for individual coaching to assist with resumes, interview prep and practice, networking, negotiation advice, prayer, or any other aspect of your job search.

Weekly Sales & Marketing Networking Group
Every Thursday Morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am (Specifically for Sales and Marketing Professionals – FREE). Contact Wes Tang for more details at: (952) 949-0035.

Periodic All-Day Workshops
Two to four times per year on Saturdays. Announcements made on our local website and by email as they are scheduled. (All are welcome – Cost: $10 per person includes course materials and lunch). Includes: Full-Day of practical job search skills presentations, break-out sessions, formal networking opportunity, and one-on-one coaching by HR professionals and recruiters.
